RETURNS AND REFUNDS

📦Return and replacement conditions

  • You can make a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
    However, if the packaging has been opened or damaged, compromising the value of the product, it will not be possible to proceed with the return or replacement .
  • In the event that the product received is different from that indicated in the description or advertising, or has defects , it is possible to request a return or replacement within 3 months from the date of receipt or 30 days from the discovery of the defect .

📦Conditions where returns and replacements are not possible

  • If the product has been lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the customer.
  • If the packaging has been opened or damaged , compromising the value of the product.
  • If the product has been used or partially consumed , significantly reducing its value.
    (In the case of cosmetics, this only applies if a test sample has been provided.)
  • If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time , making it difficult to resell.
  • If the product is reproducible and the packaging has been damaged.

📦Note

  • In case of return or replacement due to a change of mind by the customer, the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • To exchange the product for another, you must make a return and then proceed with a new order .
